Me, You and our talks!

I was very little when I learnt about you. I could use you whenever I wanted to and I would be your master, they taught. I could use you at my disposal and the things that were only thoughts would turn into reality around me and all because of you. It felt awesome, you felt surreal. I grew and so did you. What they had told me, now I was experiencing and believing.

As I grew older, you became my constant companion, a reflection of whatever I was and however I felt- YOU were ME to the outer world. You stayed true to your nature and helped the world imbibe in me, you became my two-edged sword, like the one that protects and opens up the world to me.

But now when I have grown ages with you, I have finally unveiled your essential being and your fact hit me hard. How could I have not known when you were right with me always?! Was I in denial or in belief with the social lies taught to me? Because when I learnt that you were not my slave nor I your master, and that we were always in collaboration, a sync that is subliminal- I grew to be a being I loved myself for.

YOU are the Power of Speech or Ability to Converse. You are my outlet to inner being, the magic potion of making sense to the world. You are my greatest weapon and my strongest weakness.

As Humans, we are blessed with language and innate ability to learn it. And the evolutionary process has just furnished it to fineness. The only aspect of this ability that is left on us, is the way we choose to use it. And, this is THE aspect not taught to us in any school or through any medium but left for us to decide, much unassumingly. Just as me, most of us get caught in the web of becoming identical beings and carry forward YOU as a lesson taught, sans the last aspect- which undoubtedly is our defining feature.

So, while reading this, ensure-

1. You are You and You are not being like anyone else.

2. You have a certain kind of voice, identify the best aspect of it.

3. The best aspect of your voice will challenge the learnt ways of speaking. Don't fight it, play with it.

4. The language is not yours, but make it yours, only.

5. When you know your voice, your speech pattern and your-modulated-language, you will have YOUR- Power of Speech and YOUR Ability to Converse.

6. And, when you meet point 5- your confidence, flair of speaking and stature of command will be second to no one.

By the end of this, you'll be your master and guide. Above all, You will be yourself.
